- ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE
- ORDERS PLACED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE OVER 15%
- EXCHANGES MAY BE SENT BACK FOR A STORE CREDIT WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A REFUND?
- ITEMS POSTMARKED BY 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE (our free shipping takes about 2-4 days so this still allows you several day to decide if you would like to keep it).
- ITEMS UNWORN, UNWASHED, FREE OF PET HAIR, DEODORANT, MAKE UP, ALERRATIONS AND SCENTS
- ORDERS THAT HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE 15% OR LESS
- ITEMS NOT MARKED AS FINAL SALE
- ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY ON OUR WEBSITE
INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
- ITEMS RETURNED PAST 30 DAYS
- ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN
- ACCESSORIES, HATS, JEWELRY, HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS
- BODYSUITS AND LINGERIE
- FINAL SALE OR FLASH SALE ITEMS
- RE:DO AND SHIPPING INSURANCE FEES
- EXCHANGES THAT ARE RETURNED WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER DATE
Re:DO
- customers who purchase Re:Do with their order are able to get free unlimited return labels for exchanges and store credit on that order. If you wish to get a refund and qualify for one, you can still use Re:Do to purchase a return label. You are also able to get package protection through Re:Do.
- if you did not purchase Re:Do you can still use our portal and purchase a return label.
In the event your item is damaged or defective or lost....
Pease notify our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your order (or a confirmation of delivery). Package protection coverage is for a replacement item in the even the package is deemed lost in transit or stolen in transit. If the replacement item is unavailable a credit will be issued.
Store Credit expires 1 year from the date it is issued.

Unclaimed packages and Orders Returned Outside of Return Policy :
If a customer returns an order outside of our policy (examples include returning worn items, returning items past 30 days etc), we will offer to return the item(s) to the customer with a label fee. If an order is undeliverable and sent back to us, we will reship the package with a label fee. In either of these events, if the package is unclaimed for 60 days we will decide the appropriate method of disposal for all unclaimed items including being discarded or donated to charity, as appropriate.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of arriving back to us. You will get an email as soon as your return is processed.
